Each year, over 20,000 young ladies around the world enter model searches that take place at night clubs, restaurants, hotels, golf courses, special events, casinos, water parks, concerts and other venues just like yours in hopes of advancing to the International Finals of Swimsuit USA.

The Swimsuit USA Model Search, being one of the largest model searches in the US, draws hundreds of thousands of spectators to its preliminary events. The staff at Swimsuit USA will work hand-in-hand with your company or venue to produce a fun, successful, professional, organized up-scale model search!

Model Search promotions are typically held year round with the International Finals in November each year. Each venue that participates will choose one winner who will represent their business/venue as they advance to the International Finals.

Swimsuit USA will provide you with the following items:

• Rights to hold a Swimsuit USA Model Search in your establishment (one day event, 3 week, 4 week or 6 week event)
• Swimsuit USA banners to be displayed at your event
  
• Beautiful customized 18x24 Full-Color Posters advertising your specific event, dates, times, location of your event
• A step-by-step Guidelines/Production Manual that will optimize your venue’s/events exposure and profits to insure a successful event
  
• Sponsor banners to be displayed in your establishment (If provided)
  
• Assistance in choreographing and hosting the event (would include travel expenses)
  
• All paperwork to produce your event including entry forms, score sheets, script cards and model release forms
  
• Use of Swimsuit USA logo and photos *  Web promotion including myspace
  
• Swimsuit USA Winner's Sash to present to your winning contestant on stage
  
• Sash for your winner to wear at the National Finals
  
• All expense paid trip for your winner to the US National Finals excluding air transportation (Air transportation is the responsibility of the venue)

As with any promotion or show, there are costs associated with hosting a Swimsuit USA Model Search.  Below is a list of suggestions for your event.

• Promotional licensing fee paid to Swimsuit USA
• Any prize money or prize items you choose to award to the winners of your model search(es)  We recommend the winners receive prize money.
• Additional advertising - radio ads, print ads in newspapers or magazines, additional printed materials to hand out or display, website and email blasts. Again, these are optional, but have been proven to increase the success of an event
• Any additional decoration or staging that you may want to add to your venue for the event (optional)
• Airfare for your contestant to go to the National Finals in Nassau, Bahamas, November 2-8, 2010 and represent your establishment/event (Discounted rates will be available for anyone to wants to travel to the National Finals)

The purpose of booking a model search promotion in your venue is to draw clients to your location and increase your revenue. Here are just a few ideas that continue to be successful:

1. Increase or add a cover charge on the night of your event.
   
2. Have liquor companies or other sponsors sponsor part or all of the cost in return for additional advertising and sampling during the event (we will be happy to add your individual sponsors to your customized posters before printing).
   
3. Have corporate sponsors fund all or portion of the promotional fee in return for judging positions in the contest.
   
4. Have prizes donated by corporate sponsors (tanning salons, spas, jewelers, fitness clubs, cosmetics companies, etc.  love to donate prizes for exposure).
   
5. Add this event to your regular radio or print advertising to avoid doubling advertising costs.
   
6. Use the Swimsuit USA logo/name as the central draw for a much larger event, such as a parking lot party, barbecue cook-off, grand-opening, concert, festival, special event, special holiday celebration, etc.
